Aztech Accu-Port Adjustable Piston Head – V2/V3

Take control of your gel blaster’s cylinder volume and fine-tune your setup for improved accuracy and consistency with the Accu-Port Adjustable Piston Head.

Designed to provide virtually infinite adjustment, the Accu-Port allows you to fine-tune the amount of air released through the piston head, effectively creating an adjustable cylinder port. This allows you to match the cylinder volume to the barrel being used and find the ideal setting for your particular build.

The Accu-Port is particularly useful for correcting over-volumed or incorrectly ported cylinders, helping reduce grouping spread while maximising FPS and overall performance.

Adjustment Guidance

The Accu-Port is supplied in the fully closed/off position, preventing air from passing through the adjustable port.

1. Use a long 3mm Allen key to adjust the Accu-Port. (Allen key not included.)
2. Starting from the fully closed position, gradually release the adjuster to allow air through.
3. Fine-tune the piston head to suit the barrel and cylinder configuration of your build.
4. Best performance is generally achieved within 3–5 full turns from the fully closed position.
5. Once the desired setting has been established, apply a low-strength Loctite to the adjuster thread to prevent the setting from changing during firing.

Tune Your Build

Every gel blaster build is different. Barrel length, cylinder volume and other internal components can all affect performance. The Accu-Port provides the ability to precisely tune your cylinder volume rather than relying on a fixed port position.
