The WE Colt 1943 Gelsoft pistol is essentially a shortened version of the classic M1911 A1. The body of the pistol is completely made of Alloy, is quite weighty and is indistinguishable in weight from its firearms counterparts.

The controls completely emulate those of the 1911 model - double protection against accidental firing with a separate safety catch built into the lower frame.

Standard magazine eject button, trigger, trigger and slide stop lever. The model is equipped with a GBB recoil imitation mechanism, which sets the bolt in motion during firing.

The WE Colt 1943 pistol runs on a green gas, which is refuelled directly into the magazine through the bottom filling valve.
