Released in 2011, the Fusion Engine™ was the first new HPA system to enter the airsoft market in over two decades, igniting the HPA revolution and setting the standard by which all other systems are judged. This system is a complete drop-in replacement for the AEG gearbox, featuring a fully CNC-machined lightweight aluminum chassis. It’s the most versatile system we offer, with extensive adjustments available for both velocity and rate of fire. As a dual solenoid, closed-bolt system, it allows independent control over the poppet valve (firing air) and nozzle (feeding), giving you full command over loading time and air volume.
The true closed-bolt design enhances accuracy, as it is less dependent on precise hop-up configurations compared to open-bolt systems. Moreover, it offers a superior trigger feel, with a custom-fit trigger micro-switch that provides a distinct break, solid stop, and short reset.

Velocity: 550fps with .20g at 120psi.The Fusion Engine™ offers fine-tuned velocity adjustments through input pressure. Additionally, six different nozzles are available, each with varying restriction levels, enabling a broader velocity adjustment range than any of our other systems.
Rate of Fire (ROF): 30+ rounds per secondThe maximum cyclic rate is influenced by factors like operating pressure, magazine quality, and gel type. However, most standard configurations can achieve a rate of 30 rounds per second.
Air Efficiency: 400+ shots from a 13/3000 tank at 1.5J with .28gWhile the system was primarily designed for maximum power, air efficiency can be optimised using restrictive valve stems and shims, doubling efficiency at traditional field velocities.(Test Configuration: Black Poppet / Blue Nozzle / 6.05x375mm Barrel)
Each kit includes an FCU, Switchboard, Wire Harness, and all necessary components for converting the specified gelsoft rifle model. Please note that the HPA Tank, Air Rig (regulator/line/QD fitting), and Battery required for operation are sold separately.
